Taking its name from the ancient English county, the Somerset estate has a heritage that reaches back to the 1880s. Bounded on one side by the dramatic Great Western mountain range and on the other by the glistening Nanu Oya river, there couldn’t be a more picturesque setting for this flourishing tea garden. Our tasters’ choice from this estate is a Broken Orange Pekoe variety. It is fragrant and brisk, with a velvety smooth finish and bright red colour. A truly exceptional example that exhibits all the character of the famed Dimbulla tea region.
